What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your name, email, country, phone type (iPhone or Android), the language you prefer, and where you found us (for example, a link shared on WhatsApp).
Why
To save your spot, invite you when Needo opens to your family, and send you news about Needo. Nothing else.
Who is responsible
Needo, a small independent project in its early access stage. You can reach us at any time at hola@needofamily.com.
Who sees it
Only the Needo team. We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t show ads.
We use two service providers, who handle it only to run this page for us: Supabase, which stores the list, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website and forwards emails sent to hola@needofamily.com.
Where it is stored
On Supabase servers in the United States (Virginia). This website is delivered by Cloudflare from servers around the world. So your information may be stored or handled outside your own country.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or follow you around the web.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
• Show you the information we have about you (access).
• Correct it if something is wrong (rectification).
• Delete it and take you off the list (cancellation).
• Stop using it for something you don’t want, like news emails (opposition).
You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to hola@needofamily.com from the email you signed up with, and tell us what you’d like. We’ll answer within 20 business days, usually much sooner.
Changes to this note
If we change this note, we’ll update the date below. If it’s an important change, we’ll also let the people on the list know by email.
Before the app opens
When Needo opens to families, we’ll publish a full privacy policy for the app itself.
